Hubbard Squash

These can be incredible hard to open but worth it!


You will know when to harvest when the skins get hard and the vines start to die.

Choose squash that has a smooth, dry, and dull rind and is free of cracks or soft spots. Choose squash that has a deep color and is heavy for its size. Look for a firm, rounded, dry stem.


Store squash in a cool dry place for up to 3 months.
